Henrietta man arrested for DWI | Crime
A 27-year-old Henrietta man has been arrested for DWI.
State Police say Trevor Oleary was driving drunk Friday night on Monroe Avenue in Rochester. Investigators say he failed roadside sobriety tests and refused to provide a breath sample.
Oleary was issued uniform traffic tickets. He is due in court on May 5.
