A lot of restaurants in the Rochester area have already started prepping food for the Super Bowl.
Friday morning, News 10NBC caught up with Chef Mike Balsch from Sticky Lips Barbeque on Jefferson Road in Henrietta where he was making a marinade for the restaurant’s new smoked beef jerky.
